Join us one Thursday of the month as we get together with Mojo Anderson to discuss different books around each month's theme.

In January, we feature the author Richard Wagamese. Read any book(s) by Richard Wagamese and share in the literary discussion!

Mary Jo “Mojo” Anderson began her book publishing career in Toronto and went on to own an independent bookstore in Halifax, Frog Hollow Books, for almost 30 years. The store hosted hundreds of events with Canadian and international literary luminaries. Anderson produced and hosted radio and television shows including Choyce Words, a television show that spanned over a decade. She was a regular book panelist on CBC Radio and wrote a book column, as well as author profiles, for the Chronicle Herald. Since moving to Banff ten years ago, Anderson has interviewed authors at the Banff Centre for the Arts and Wordfest, continuing conversations with authors from around the world.

Please register for the Virtual Book Club below by noon on January 27, and we will email you with a link to the Zoom meeting prior to the event.

And, check out the books that have been recommended and discussed over the last few months and request them through our catalogue:
