Yoga at the Library

Join us at the Library for a fun yoga class designed to refresh your mind and body.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, our classes are open to all levels of practitioners.
Join us on Sunday mornings and Friday evenings for a session led by our resident instructor, Chie Fujimaru.
Please note that our schedule changes monthly, so be sure to check our events calendar for exact dates and times.

We'll kick off each class with an icebreaker activity: "Introduce Your Favorite Book."
This is your chance to explore the library shelves and share your literary passions with fellow participants.

Following the icebreaker, enjoy a 45-minute yoga session tailored to enhance your physical and mental well-being.

Children are welcome to attend, but they must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.

Don't worry if you don't have a yoga mat; we have them available for your convenience.

Come join us for a refreshing experience at the Library!
